Angelique's Charcuterie Board


Angelique loves get-togethers with the submissive group. Having a beautiful board, with cheese, meats, crackers and crusty bread doesn’t just look beautiful, it has complex substance—Just like Angelique!


She prefers a full bodied, fruity Merlot is the perfect sensual red that adapts easily to the flavours with it.


For the cheeses! -Manchego is a buttery firm goat cheese that has a nutty flavour and some uneven air pockets. It is versatile and goes with many crackers, fruits, or even nuts.

-Gorgonzola is the blue cheese of choice. Often denoted as stinky, Angelique finds that it adds a perfect salty bite to any dish. Who needs something smooth and bland when you can have adventure?

-What cheese night is complete without brie? The gooey, melty soft deliciousness is enough to lull you into cheese heaven. Its mild taste pairs well with anything, but when it’s baked it is the star of the show!


Those delicious cheese deserve the perfect vehicles to get to your mouth. Nutty crackers and crusty bread are the way to go for Angelique. They add a wonderful texture, and just the right amount of flavour.


Why not add a little meat? Delicious salami, or Serrano ham? Angelique might not be into sausage parties, but she never judged what her guests might be into!


Angelique knows that accessories are the most important. Sharp slivered almonds. The crispness of freshly cut apples or pears. A smooth, sweet lick of honey, or a wet drizzle of olive oil. Maybe the stickiness of strawberry jam to smear on top.

Full of texture, complex flavours, and countless options, this will keep you and your guests satisfied all night.


Or at least until the wine runs out. But, then it might be time to break out the whiskey anyway!
