Adrian loved everything squishy, spicy, and sweet. Well, maybe that's just Sophie he likes, but this cinnamon roll cake reminds him of his sexy Phie! He'd love if if she had Cream Cheese Frosting all over her too!
He might not make this himself, but Sophie always loves baking for Sin! And she gets a little wine out of it too.
Cake
-1 ½ cup all purpose flour -1 tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp salt -1/4 cup sugar -3/4 cup milk -1/4 cup melted butter -1 large egg -1 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon swirl -1/4 cup butter softened -1/2 cup brown sugar -1 tbsp cinnamon -1 tbsp all purpose flour
1) in large bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt 2) in separate bowl cream sugar and melted butter, add eggs and vanilla 3) gradually stir into dry ingredients 4) pour into oiled and dusted cake pan 5) To make the swirl, in small bowl cream softened butter, brown sugar, then add in cinnamon and flour until blended 6) drop mounds into cake batter and swirl together 7) bake at 350 for 40-45 min
8) Once cool, frost messily with a creamcheese icing recipe!
